Peter Vivoni

Founding Board Member

Peter Vivoni is a highly experienced agronomist specializing in irrigation system design, agricultural management, and crop protection. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Science with a major in Agri-Business from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayagüez Campus in 1989. Committed to continuous learning, he has completed multiple certification courses with the Irrigation Association, including Agricultural Drip/Micro Design, Certified Landscape Irrigation Auditor, Certified Irrigation Designer, and Certified Golf Irrigation Auditor programs.

With over three decades of experience, Peter has played a crucial role in advancing irrigation practices across Puerto Rico and the Caribbean. As President of Agro Servicios, Inc., he oversees all company operations, ensuring innovative irrigation solutions for agricultural, landscaping, and golf course applications. Prior to this role, he served as General Manager of the Irrigation Division, leading sales, marketing, vendor relations, and system design. His expertise has also led him to train farmers, agronomists, and government personnel in Puerto Rico, Antigua, Barbuda, and Anguilla on modern agricultural techniques, including irrigation, fertilization, and pest control.

A respected member of the Colegio de Agrónomos de Puerto Rico and the Irrigation Association, Peter is fully bilingual in Spanish and English. He is known for his strong communication skills, technical expertise, and ability to work effectively under pressure. His passion for sustainable agriculture and irrigation innovation continues to make a significant impact in the industry.
